He’s written Just The Way You Are, an International hit, co-written Nothin’ on You and Right Round… He is one of the most talented writers and entertainers of the modern time. Born on October 8, 1985 also one of the youngest rising stars in the industry. B. Mars is an American singer, songwriter and a music producer.

Born into a musical family in Waikiki, Hawaii Peter Hernandez (later on called Bruno by his father), he was influenced by reggae, R & B, rock, hip hop and other styles which gave him the broad specter in musical taste. Since he was a kid he was trying to perform and imitate stars like Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and others. He was surrounded by his uncle, a guitar player, his father a percussionist… His brother is a drummer in Burnos band. He graduated from High School in 2003 and moved to California to chase the dreams in music industry.

Before the success as a solo artist he was producing and writing for artists like Alexandra Burke, Adam Levine, Sean Kingston, Travie McCoy and many more.

He’s just recently released a debut album Doo-Wops & Hooligans on October 5, 2010. Just The Way You Are, the lead single which also reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 was released in July 2010.

He was just trying to tell a story! Trying to tell the truth you know? I was glad to sing the song for him, he is a kool person. To bad Maria doesn’t appreciate his hard effort in writing it.
